TowerAcademy

The TowerAcademy is a platform for professional education realised by TowerConsult ltd. and Jenovation. It is a virtual campus which provides up-to-date trainings, workshops and trainings for everyone who is working in the JenTower. With this platform it is even possible to create and offer own trainings.

Our first aim is to constantly improve the knowledge-transfer between all colleagues working in the Jena Intershop Tower. We want to use the advantage of being just in the heart of Germany’s E-Commerce-Centre. That’s why we are organising quarterly micro trainings where especially software developer and e-business-experts exchange knowledge in an informal, easy way. There, everybody can present actual developments, new business models or interesting projects to there colleagues and get in contact with other enterprises of the same branch.

The second aim of the TowerAcademy is to offer a broad and professional range of training, which is especially adapted to the needs of IT and e-commerce experts.
