On behalf of one of our customers, an industry-leading provider of hosted ecommerce solutions with offices in Toronto. Boston, London and Jena/Germany, we are looking for

Junior Software Developers (m/w) (Reference Number ET1107)

You will employ development technologies like Hibernate, Spring and AJAX to the next generation of high-demand. Our developers provide technical and development expertise to our growing development team and lead development initiatives. You will apply your existing J2EE knowledge to a multi-tenant environment through the design, implementation and support of new and existing ecommerce features.

Your tasks:

• Implementation of business logic in Java as a part of the overall ecommerce platform.
• Creating "raw" documentation for new features and application changes to hand off to our technical writers.
• Working with our infrastructure team to debug issues as they arise in production.
• Innovating new solutions and researching new technologies that may complement Truition's product offerings.
• Some foosball may be required ;)

Your skills:

• Strong English skills, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent
• First experiences in object-oriented design skills and expert Java skills. Experience with Eclipse is a plus.
• Must be able to take initiative on projects and proactively offer suggestions and/or resolutions.
• Creative thinker, proactive, team player, and success-oriented who delivers on commitments.
